At Soghtna Ghair, we take pride in crafting each bouquet and gift with the utmost care and love. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we handle returns and refunds carefully to ensure fairness and quality service for every customer.


🕒 Return Eligibility

  • Fresh flowers and personalized gifts cannot be returned once delivered due to their perishable nature.

  • If you received damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To process a claim, provide a clear photo of the product and your order number to our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.


💌 Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was cancelled before it was prepared or dispatched.

  • The item arrived in unsatisfactory condition and verified by our quality team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized gifts.

  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by external factors (recipient unavailability, wrong address, etc.).
